What is a meal worth?
One meal a day can keep you and your children alive, one good meal can sustain you healthily. Can you place a value on that? The western world does so in a merciless way, the poor of other nations are forced by the global corporations, to produce an abundance of food for the developed nations. Developed being those with the biggest guns and muscle. Slavery was never abolished, it was shifted to nations where media could be suppressed or by forced lack of access to learning , not even implemented. Meanwhile the producers of the food abundance live in poverty. We are a global nation, the mere idea of belonging to a flag or state or country is ludicrous, so reliant are we from everywhere on this planet to each other, for food, clothing , ideas, materials, resources, everything. Closer to home, the supermarket seems to be seen as the producer of food, truth is the earth provides food , the supermarket exploits it, globally and locally, along with those who work the land. As the recent uk news states that burgers and other products were contaminated with horse meat, the contamination coming from the way humans treat horses , and all animals. So , What is a meal worth, its priceless, and can we change it to free and nutritious, for everyone, everywhere. Any ideas welcome, can we change this world for the better, for all earths inhabitants?

Are you still buying from the big supermarkets ? Instead try vegboxes local farmers markets and shop online for organic wholefoods, They hate it when we avoid shopping with them - be prepared for a lot of emails lol.
