Dear All,
The meeting with the external people involved in the Calon Cymru Community set up is now scheduled to take place on Mumble at 4.00 p.m on Wednesday 20th June 2012.
I'm going to repost the following:
Please ALSO note that this discussion will be purely about Wales as Welsh Planning Law is completely different from/to English and Scottish law and sustainable development and community enhancement is actually written into the 'constitution' of the Welsh Government in the document One Wales: One Planet.
As long as you understand that, then you are all of course welcome. However, it should be noted that Community Land Trusts are available nationwide, so you may learn something to your advantage should you NOT wish to move to Wales!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks poet...I will be printing off all the other stuff as well which can be found on the Calon Cymru website and having a good old digest of them before I get to the meeting! They also sent me a copy of their plans which they have recently sent in to Powys CC, so will have a look at that as well. Don't know if I can post a link as they sent it in an email. Will check.
