the people waking up is the death knell of the elite, of the machine, of the oppressor. once that happens, we can accomplish anything 

we don't have to persuade anyone to agree with our goals.. we need to create open minds, not robots. people thinking 4 themselves is a win.
preaching to the choir doesn't get any more done than railing at the committed non-believer. we need to debate those in the middle. 
liberty. freedom. rigorous debate. free speech even for the troll, for the racist. if we lose that, we are just another oppressor. 

not for kona? you hate kids. dont agree with climate change? you hate the earth. such tactics are intentional to stifle debate. 
dont think a, b, or c are effective to our protest? you arent a real occupier. such tactics are the tools of oppression. when we say such things, we use the tools of the machine. when we use their tools, how are we different?


Uncomfortable debate is the price for freedom. when we ostracize dissent, when we emotionally handcuff ourselves to a position, we lose 
when a person/group amasses enough power outside of the system they become a danger to the system. the bigger we get the scarier we are
