I was reading others work - an article about patriarchy, feminists complaining about men on another site and they were asking what leverage we needed here were my thoughts -

Simply to calmly be peacefully assertive without being aggressive, stand up as an individual and let our opinions be counted - sex should not come into the equasion,we are only victims if we agree to be victims         Personally if I encounter injusitce I do my level best to change it.right up to the top of the heirarchy that we currently generally accept,  We should all be shovelling the shit out of our path every which way we can, and forging a better future together, no matter what sex we are, any small contribution helps clear up the mess.  I believe that is what Occupy is all about, one shovelfull at a time we can all clear up the shit in our lives and that includes patriarchy and the heirarchy.and those who would dismantle our NHS, and those who tax us till we put our foot down and declare enough !  Grab a shovel and do your bit to clear the stench of injustice,incompetance, and inequality, while checking we are not guilty of adding to the steaming pile!
