Can those of you interested in Occupii Opt Out please let me know asap.

A meeting is being arranged between external people who are part of Calon Cymru and the Community Land Trusts on Mumble.

The room WILL be locked for the protection of the external people which is why I'm giving you advance notice that if your name hasn't been put forward you won't be able to come in.

I know locked rooms are contentious but this isn't about others who are occupiers. It is simply for those who are interested in living in a community in rural Wales (and we do pretty much know who you are but just to confirm) to keep them updated and in the loop and to go some way forward to explaining the procedure and what exactly is expected of us and equally what we expect from them.

Please ALSO note that this discussion will be purely about Wales as Welsh Planning Law is completely different from/to English and Scottish law and sustainable development and community enhancement is actually written into the 'constitution' of the Welsh Government in the document One Wales: One Planet.

So...can you let me know asap please?
