We are a "cloud", not a group. That means; every single one of us is a droplet that does something. The more drops, the higher the level becomes by itself. Bad signs disapear and there will be people who brings 10 pieces of a good poster!!(anyone..?!) So the vieuw from a bivak/camp is an expression of conciousnus from the group. Just by itselfs. If you want something done in the camp, just come over and do it! If you are a bit scared...ask another drip to help you! There`s allways one of the other who loves to help you! Toghether you create a rain that cleans the world a bit more...
A cloud also has no leader! It only rains when the drops together are havy enough, or when there blows a wind through our economic system that make the drops cool down further.
Also, you cannot win from a cloud by sending some forced powers to take one of the drops away....
Wij zijn een ‘wolk’, en geen groep. En dat betekent dus dat ieder druppeltje in die wolk iets doet. Hoe meer druppeltjes, hoe hoger het niveau vanzelf word. Slechte borden verdwijnen vanzelf en er zullen ook wel mensen komen die 10 kopietjes van een goede poster meenemen (anyone..?). Dus de uitstraling van het kamp, is een uiting van de consensus van de groep. Helemaal vanzelf. Als je iets wilt in het kamp, kom dat dan ook vooral doen, en als je niet durft is er altijd wel een druppeltje in de buurt die je wilt helpen. Samen vorm je dan de regen die de wereld een beetje schoner spoelt. Een wolk heeft overigens ook geen leider, het gaat hoogstens regenen als er meerdere druppels samen zwaar genoeg worden, of als er weer eens een wind door onze economie waait waardoor de individuele druppels verder afkoelen. Ook is een wolk niet te verslaan door er een macht op af te sturen en enkele druppeltje weg te nemen.

My name is TJ, and I am working with a team on a research project titled "Occupy Media Survey!" at Uppsala University in Sweden. The leading professor on the project, Christian Fuchs is also the chair of the European Sociological Association's Research Network for Communications and Media Research.
The project attempts to answer some of the following questions: What is the role of social media like Occupii, Facebook and Twitter in occupations and protests? Was the Arab spring a "Twitter and Facebook" revolution? How does the Occupy movement use social media? Is it a social media movement or something different?
Therefore we are conducting the OccupyMedia! Survey. We invite some users of Occupii to participate in it, and would be extremely happy if you could take 15 minutes time in order to help us find out what role social media play in contemporary protests:
