The Lynchpin

The essential, next step for Occupy 2.0 is to demonstrate the 99 percent agrees with the remedies needed to correct the ills facing America. To obtain the agreement of the 99 percent, the occupiers need a document that sets forth their principles and the change they identified to serve as a lynchpin. In this way, the occupiers will be able to gather the strength gained from engaging so many people to push the needed change forward.See More

A force occupies a territory or a situation in order to produce some kind of desired change. In time the occupy movement will have to address the establishment with some specific demands for change and a clear expectation of compliance by the establishment.

The fact that the movement favours decisions to be the outcome of consensus puts us at a bit of a disadvantage. It means that time is needed to understand underlying issues in order to appreciate why specific demands are chosen. Is…

80% of all the food we eat goes to maintaining the physical body.

With the remaining 20% we have to find more food and build civilizations.

Civilization is only possible because our species can build on the achievements of previous generations. This capacity to use inherited knowledge is one of the defining features of our species. We are a time-binding species according to Alfred Korzybski---founder of a…

The Importance Of Reverse Phone Lookup.

phone number search

The first three digits of the phone number would also help them locate the owner of the phone number. The thing is that if they had just run a phone number lookup, they could have found each other! Before you get any ideas, let me tell you that these sites are perfectly legal and also offer their services free of cost. This happens to many different people all over the world and many of them don't know how they can identify these pranksters. It's extremely… Continue

We are supposed to be in this together!

Posted by Nette Mom on April 26, 2013 at 20:55 0 Comments

I was just endiing a campaign in Michigan against our Governor, and wondered what more was out there, what more can I do to help make my country the place I used to love, when I stumbled across a thing called Livestream, where people with the same purpose (supposedly) or like mindness could come together, chat, discuss, plan, and act and I was to say the least, excited. I started chatting and made so many friends and it was then I realized, that I had been wrapped up in my own small…
