The planet needs you to wake up.
Because your reading this i'm fairly certain you're conscious to the worlds ills, but are you truly awake?

I thought i'd start blogging about the goings on @ chez moi and hopefully provide some inspiration for someone out there.
Knowledge is portable.
Our house is pretty hectic, we're on a journey of knowledge, learning new skills everyday; from agriculture to aquaculture, cooking to preserving, building and designing and a whole host of things in between, all with one central purpose. Self…

OccupyAmerica said… Today, we're making two changes to our Ning Terms of Service (TOS) related to the acquisition of Ning by Glam Media, a company that helps connect online publishers (like yourself) with top brand advertisers. As we stated in our initial announcement of the acquisition, we plan no immediate changes to the Ning team, product, or business as a result of the acquisition. We’ll continue to deliver new, innovative features to help you build and manage a vibrant community.
The two changes to our TOS are related to new revenue opportunities offered by Glam Media that Network Creators may elect to take advantage of in the future:
In order to help us deliver the highest value revenue programs, we've made a change to the TOS to help us account for all of the traffic and usage on the Ning Platform as measured by comScore, a third-party service that measures the worldwide audience and usage of websites. If you use your own domain for your Ning Network — unless you request at any time to opt-out

When is this site going SSL? If you've been into IT for more than 5 minutes you know it is mission-critical for a political site. Let me know if you need technical research to accomplish this -- you MUST protect the users of this site or the word will spread you're a fishing trip for the authorities. Lets get this done.

Did you think about how we could keep our data if ning decides to shut this down? It might be worth building our networks on servers of people we trust using opensource software.. Just a thought. I'd be up for helping if you do want to migrate off this corporate platform

I was just endiing a campaign in Michigan against our Governor, and wondered what more was out there, what more can I do to help make my country the place I used to love, when I stumbled across a thing called Livestream, where people with the same purpose (supposedly) or like mindness could come together, chat, discuss, plan, and act and I was to say the least, excited. I started chatting and made so many friends and it was then I realized, that I had been wrapped up in my own small…
