Criteria for Group Admins???
SEEKING - GROUP ADMINS
Please discuss what you feel would make a "qualified" Admin.
Please balance traditional "academic" credentials with the need and desire of an individual to participate who has not been able to take full advantage of the traditional academic "credential" process.

What would a Group Admin. do?
What powers would he/she have?
How would a Group Admin. be appointed? If not democratically, why not?
Why do we need Group Admins.? Are we not adults?

You only need someone to keep the abuse out, but i spose they should be able to be replaced by the group members if its desirable.
