Sorry but the real solution is very similar to what you propose, but with the intercession of digital cryptographic solutions to prevent fraud; in other words, your aim is correct; for people to become the banks. But your methodology is very 18th Century, and goes in no way towards solving the historic problem (because your system uses THEIR money - private nameless, faceless BANKSTERS; creating fiat out of thin air and sitting back and using the State to collect the interest (well most places you actually work out your OWN tax; so they don't even pay for that - but I digress) .... Either ways; the REAL solution to this 400 year old mess if for PEOPLE to issue their OWN currencies; competing PRIVATELY ISSUED currencies. If you are open minded enough to understand that the next video is not some 'idea stage' idea, but has some of the world's best cryptographers working tirelessly away for years to get this software almost ready for a prime time LIVE TEST, then please do help us out by subscribing to some of the related Occupii groups and various available channels for interacting with #OTB
