Sometimes you have to laugh to keep from crying. Occupy's fighting some tough battles and seen suffering and tragedies occurring to our brothers and sisters around the world. But our sense of humour is one of the wonderful things that make us human and will help us continue to Occupy!!
So post funny videos, pictures, whatever you find Occupy-related that made you laugh or smile today! We could all use a bit of it. :)

Comment by V on January 13, 2012 at 2:33am How may Occupy idealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
The answer is 10
1 to write to the lightbulb requesting that it change
4 to circulate online petitions
1 to file a lawsuit demanding that it change
1 to send the lightbulb loving kindness knowing thats the only real way that change occurs
1 to accept the lightbulb precisely the way it is clear in the knowledge that to not accept another is to do great harm to oneself
1 to write a book on about how and why the lightbulb needs to change
and finally
1 to smash the f***ing lightbulb because we all know its never going to change
with deference to Derrick Jensen.

Comment by pqxzyvr on January 6, 2012 at 4:47pm Anybody know about "friend of Dorothy" and the NIS? Here's the wiki page fyi,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Friend_of_Dorothy
I could totally be tempted to make up some imaginary person, like "Willard" or something and insist he's in charge. Let them run around trying to find him. :P

Comment by Hank Pfeffer on January 6, 2012 at 4:40pm true, but we have a problem with that too. when folks outside of Occupy try to contact us or get something done, they are frustrated by having no one to talk to. this is police, people with donations, etc. this why the operational role of troubleshooter evolved, which turned into Troublehealer. get it done, keep things as peaceful as possible, non-violent, legal. make things work.

I was just endiing a campaign in Michigan against our Governor, and wondered what more was out there, what more can I do to help make my country the place I used to love, when I stumbled across a thing called Livestream, where people with the same purpose (supposedly) or like mindness could come together, chat, discuss, plan, and act and I was to say the least, excited. I started chatting and made so many friends and it was then I realized, that I had been wrapped up in my own small…
