Comment by Tim Price on April 1, 2012 at 18:09 Here's a photo of my transit van. "KEITH VAZZ IS A KNOB " stayed on it for 3 months. Police tried to do me but couldn't. It was painted on under the "umbrulla" of humour. Next slogan will be "DAVID CAMORAN IS A TOOL" Now this might be a different matter as he is a serving prime minister. Hopefully they will send me a summons to take it down which I will argue against and appeal if necessary. My motive??? Creating a platform to express my disgust at the WORKFARE programme which is nothing more than slavery. They very companies that CAN employ people don't need to now as this VILE goverment is handing them free Labour on a plate. Will occupy support me on this?? It's really hard struggling all alone :(
Comment by Symon Bakunin Bailey on March 21, 2012 at 19:24 Hi All
I'm working on the Agenda for the 4th National Conference, would like to hook up with others in the UK groups/movement to better Inform the agenda. It is a collaborative effort and there is a online Piratepad set up to achieve this.

Comment by Leanne Honey Badger on March 8, 2012 at 19:09 Fossil fuel will run out in the next 50 years anyway, so it will become more expensive regardless of climate change. When it becomes too expensive for us to use on a daily basis, many things we take for granted will become impractical. For example, energy input for growing crops is already more than the output. It will actually become more economically viable to keep cattle instead of grow crops (sorry vegetarians), unless we actually put in some effort into developing new ways of living life without fossil fuels. For example, eco- farm tower blocks which use solar power have already been invested, but not built. If we do not invest in things like this now while they are still fairly affordable, then we will have no hope in the future of manufactoring them, as we need to use fossil fuels to do that. Where do our priorities lie with the remains of the fossil fuel? Surely we should use it to ensure our future without it continues in a positive, and meaningful way to help mankind and all other species on this planet?

I was just endiing a campaign in Michigan against our Governor, and wondered what more was out there, what more can I do to help make my country the place I used to love, when I stumbled across a thing called Livestream, where people with the same purpose (supposedly) or like mindness could come together, chat, discuss, plan, and act and I was to say the least, excited. I started chatting and made so many friends and it was then I realized, that I had been wrapped up in my own small…
