Occupy CIU (Occupy Criminal Investigation Unit)

Occupy LSX has set-up a Criminal Investigation Unit (Occupy CIU) which will be collecting  evidence of crimes for real prosecutions initially in the following areas (to address the Criminal Justice and  Financial Black Holes):

Financial Crimes: – Working with Cobden Partners and Shareholder Groups – initially focusing on the £25billion false accounting of Royal Bank of Scotland.

War Crimes: – Working with Veterans for Peace – Initially focusing on Geneva Convention crimes by military contractors and their operatives in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Family Law Crimes: – Working with the Advocacy Fund and Family Rights Organisations – initially focusing on crimes in family law proceedings.

OCIU INTERNS

Occupy Citizens Law Interns/Apprentices

 

Occupy London is offering Internships for Citizens Law Apprentices:

 

Working with the Occupy Criminal Investigations Unit (OCIU) at Bank of Ideas, Interns will be working on real live law cases in various areas with a focus on criminal and civil law.

 

Intern Candidates can be Students or Graduates of law (ideal for your CV) or in other areas or from any walk of life, young, or not so young, experienced or not.

 

The OCIU is working on diverse and ground-breaking cases and needs focused willing people to form a vital part of a team.

 

As a volunteer unit the OCIU will be able to offer the opportunity for interns to help develop cases and learn about and be able to apply the law part time, for a few hours a week or whole days or full time.
