WARNING: May contain opinions

This months topic is Poems for Peace, in preparation for the peace marches in March, please post your poems for peace on the front page here, .and I am hopeful the various peace marches and vigils will choose some to display at their gatherings. Please transfer all other non peace poems to the page of your choice. I love the passion in all the poems here, it is patently obvious to me that poems here are in service to Occupii and peace and not our own ego's. Group hug   thank you for sharing them here.  Peace love and light to you all.

Peace of Mind

My footsteps have whispered
to the darkness for many miles
I have come so far, there is no turning back.

The silence is too much to bear
when you are alone.
The thoughts that I can ignore in a crowded room
echo in my ears.

In the dark
I wrap my arms around myself,
the only comfort I have.
The only way that I know that
I still exist.

Glimpses of light dance ahead of me,
just out of reach.
Is it my imagination?

The pitch of these dampened stone walls
can play tricks on an innocent mind.

The illuminating glow grows stronger
as I come to the end of the tunnel.

The sun pours in to replace the darkness
with color and life, a sight that brings me to tears.

I let my fingers dip into the glow,
there I am! I do exist!

I finally let my whole body submerge into the sunlight,
Freedom!

I look back into the darkness and smile,
I am no longer your prisoner.

The Weapons of Peace

Arm yourself, occupy fertile soil
to grow within. I see no good or bad
person. The septum dividing right
and wrong lies within each heart.

What gives us the juice? What fires
our passion with the power to act ?
What moves us to open up our heart
and feel the pain of this world ?

What precious gifts within us all
will heal what ails our planet?
Only the purest intent of truth,
insight into the profound depths

of our inter-relatedness as One,
the throb of love firing compassion.
Wield these fine weapons my friends
until all hearts beat in Peace.

The Importance Of Reverse Phone Lookup.

phone number search

The first three digits of the phone number would also help them locate the owner of the phone number. The thing is that if they had just run a phone number lookup, they could have found each other! Before you get any ideas, let me tell you that these sites are perfectly legal and also offer their services free of cost. This happens to many different people all over the world and many of them don't know how they can identify these pranksters. It's extremely… Continue

We are supposed to be in this together!

Posted by Nette Mom on April 26, 2013 at 20:55 0 Comments

I was just endiing a campaign in Michigan against our Governor, and wondered what more was out there, what more can I do to help make my country the place I used to love, when I stumbled across a thing called Livestream, where people with the same purpose (supposedly) or like mindness could come together, chat, discuss, plan, and act and I was to say the least, excited. I started chatting and made so many friends and it was then I realized, that I had been wrapped up in my own small…
