Can this be available for anyone to download? Also, what about a printing press? If you need any help, please let me know. I am resourceful, a good writer, and have lots of ideas.

Center For Constitutional Rights has many interesting publications. One you can download is The Right to Dissent [details current situation in USA vis-a-vis laws and police] http://ccrjustice.org/learn-more/reports/restore%2C-protect%2C-expa...

Sounds like we need a visual and module based wiki  database of some sort. Something that would make this a very productive group project easy for users and creators.  There has to be something that would work well from the open source community.  Something that all the volunteers could start building and plugging away on the back end, while having a very visual and easy to use GUI for users to utilize.   Something easy for users to navigate through like a CIA Factbook for countries, states, etc. Then from there the categories in each one for laws, articles, groups, contacts you name it could be quite extensive in each area.  Have people volunteer for updating sections like DMOZ or wikipedia.  Well just throwing out food for thought for the shell to build something like this in.

Note for the notebook:

Occupy isn't a room or a group that you can just get up and leave. It's a collective consciousness that is becoming stronger, moving in all directions and gathering momentum.

Mungo your absolutely right we should be using stuff that has already been worked on and collaborating. There are 45 members here, in this group. If each one of us took on a task each or worked in groups to do things like; preparing contents page, researching databases, compiling useful information etc and work on a generic document together we could really put out something very useful in a bitesize handbook. Any thoughts?

If talking about handbooks/guides (rather than a database) I think there are so many issues to cover that a collection of guides (taken from the different sections of the database?) would be better.  You don't need to be physically occupying space to start holding assemblies, for example.  And setting up workshops and presentations is different again.  Having everything (there is so much) in 'one document' will be more difficult to manage.

Just remember there are already a lot of resources out there and we should be collaborating as widely as possible; avoid duplicating what others have already done but build on it instead.  Database sounds good!

There's howtooccupy.org with a lot of good stuff.

The Spanish have a guide, 'How to cook a peaceful revolution' (.pdf file) The translation isn't perfect but it's good too.

A google doc's kind of work space might work.

The Importance Of Reverse Phone Lookup.

phone number search

The first three digits of the phone number would also help them locate the owner of the phone number. The thing is that if they had just run a phone number lookup, they could have found each other! Before you get any ideas, let me tell you that these sites are perfectly legal and also offer their services free of cost. This happens to many different people all over the world and many of them don't know how they can identify these pranksters. It's extremely… Continue

We are supposed to be in this together!

I was just endiing a campaign in Michigan against our Governor, and wondered what more was out there, what more can I do to help make my country the place I used to love, when I stumbled across a thing called Livestream, where people with the same purpose (supposedly) or like mindness could come together, chat, discuss, plan, and act and I was to say the least, excited. I started chatting and made so many friends and it was then I realized, that I had been wrapped up in my own small…
