We are interdependent not just on one another but with other species and the planet too, If we are to succeed we need to consider All and not just ourselves.For example no bees - no pollination no food...there are other pollinators too... our chickens and ducks are free range in the day but until there is enough natural cover for them they are penned at night so the fox doesn't kill them all. i was pretty independent, living ethically and ecologically, growing all my own veg fruit and herbs while caring for the natural wildlife in my garden, but this last year while i was caring for my highly dependent 93 year old mother who was very ill it became impossible to do it all alone, i needed others to support me supporting her.  So it is about US not just about Me, it is about We contributing our individuality and skills to the Whole. All our skills are many and important, we tend to love doing what we have a talent for, that is good and our diversity ensures we all survive no one skill is more valuable than another, they all contribute to the whole while functioning to support one another, many have multiple skills to apply others have specialist skills, lets just love and appreciate one anothers diversity then each one can grow and flower for the benefit of All
