Occupii

WARNING: May contain opinions

Occupii needs a tagline! A catchy title if you will.

Perhaps something like...

Occupii: Where Truth, Love, and Laughter abide

Occupii: The gathering place for all things Occupy!

If you've got any other suggestions, then let's hear them! A poll will be held to choose the best, and that will become the name of the site! Cheers!

Occupii.org - (W.A.R) World Awakening Revolution

I suggest "Occupy---The First Step".

This extends an invitation to consider what occupation anywhere should accomplish.

If you think about the meaning of the word, apart from its destructive military associations, it is a meaningless concept without the purposes of occupying a space or area of concern.

Evolve or Perish!

The Darwinist version (adapt or perish) was probably coined the 1%.

I "like" this realism---naught for comfort.

I want you to visualise a vast panorama of children dying from starvation swollen distended stomachs emaciated skelletal babies clasping onto empty breasts and more flies than you can ever imagine.. then the question appears----  Why do we Occupy? Because THEY are worth it.

Occupy---It's Our World!

It is our world. How do we take it back and offer to share it with the 1%?

I do have the start of a tentative answer (see attached) but would like to hear from others as well.

Occupii. Be the friction to stop the machine!

How about...Occupii...the lifeblood of the 99%!!!

Republicans, Tea Party and Independants hate occupy because we dirtied the parks even though there was no other way that the media was going to listen to the 99%. Some people may say f&*k them but we need them if we are going to overcome the giant pile of s$#t that is covering the corporations, Washington DC and the statehouses across this country. We can be a covert wing of the 99% and still protest and gather and have a mammoth convention and vote and campaign like crazy (like Occupy Oregon did in their legislature on a bi-partisan level, strongly testified to kill a bill to criminalize even the planning of protests, successfully passed a bill to fight foreclosure, passed the health exchange, passed a fair way to manage school system and show progress of teachers, made a small step towards a State Bank and gave some incredible testimonies against insurance companies denying coverage to autistic kids) but market mainly as the 99%. Occupy has done and will continue to do astounding work!!!! I am so proud of what has been accomplished! Please do not misunderstand me!!! Once this is over we should get a Congressional Medal of Honor for the level of Patriotism that has been shown!! Unfortunately we will be kicking a huge majority of those in Congress out in 2012 and for that we probably wouldn't get many votes.

We are picking up support from Republicans and Independants and getting Tea Party to listen once they get past the occupy part. Face it, we will need people from all political parties-including non-political and independents-to defeat the 1%. This has to be looked at by the largest majority of America as so much more than a social club where we have fun camping in parks and pissing corporations off! One of the guys in our Occupy said it best...Corruption of the government is non-partisan and then so is Occupy. What is your opinion on this? Rush (Too big to fall--in so many ways) Limbaugh lost 23 advertisers in less than a week and don't tell me Occupy had nothing to do with this! LOL We have not yet begun to fight!!!

After much thought what comes to mind is something my ggrandfather did for a living. He was a "TownCrier".

And what he did(before newspapers) would travel around bring the news of the day to ppl by ringing a bell in the town square. Hear ye, hear ye-sort of thing. So thats what Occupy does, is bring and spread the news of the day to ppl far and wide. As an after thought "Bell Ringer" could be a hash tag or name of a site/newspaper as in keeping w/ the TownCrier aspect.

Thank you for asking for suggestions.

The Importance Of Reverse Phone Lookup.

phone number search

The first three digits of the phone number would also help them locate the owner of the phone number. The thing is that if they had just run a phone number lookup, they could have found each other! Before you get any ideas, let me tell you that these sites are perfectly legal and also offer their services free of cost. This happens to many different people all over the world and many of them don't know how they can identify these pranksters. It's extremely… Continue

We are supposed to be in this together!

Posted by Nette Mom on April 26, 2013 at 20:55 0 Comments

I was just endiing a campaign in Michigan against our Governor, and wondered what more was out there, what more can I do to help make my country the place I used to love, when I stumbled across a thing called Livestream, where people with the same purpose (supposedly) or like mindness could come together, chat, discuss, plan, and act and I was to say the least, excited. I started chatting and made so many friends and it was then I realized, that I had been wrapped up in my own small…
