Why would someone TM Occupy?

You can send a letter of protest. However, once the trademark office lawyer reviews the application and does their research, his application will be denied.

OCCUPY COPYWRITE
The effort to ensure that 'Occupy' is not misused by other organisations: especially and specifically including prospective  Intelligence Agencies of any Nation, and 1% organisations - who may seek to use our name, act in ways that Occupy wouldn't to stain our reputation in that name, is appreciated.
It carries less of a counterlogicality that Copywriting Occupy Wall Street did.
The media jumped upon the seeming obviousness of the apparent hypocrisy of copywriting a brand in the name of an organisation perceived as 'Anti-capitalist.'
The difficulty, as ever, is the hypercomplexity of our current global economic infrastructure, and, by reducibility, the psyche  paradigmic unto human's within Western, and increasingly Eastern, culture.
The 99% movement is not Anti-Capitalist.
The 99% movement is not an anti-brand protest.
The 99% movement is a movement against the greed of the 1% against the 99%.
That simplicity and implicitly is simply implicit in its anti-logic unto the complexity and explicitity of the global Culture perpetuated by the 1%: by Law, by economics, by advertising, by subliminal and conscious inference within movies, newspapers, serial programs, works of art, popular music... Everywhere.
Everywhere by definition.
As by definition it is a Culture.
We, the 99% movement are born of the modus operandi of that culture.
We are a catalyst for new ideas: new Laws, new economic models, new modes of honest promotion - a New Culture.
From the Old is born the New.
Copywriting Occupy, Occupy Wall Street, is in line with interlectual copywrite.
The movement varies upon stance regarding copywrite.
Varying by country, by camp, by forum, by individual: on one extreme in agreement with current Law that isolating the author of a concept and giving them Legal duristicion of that concept for financial reward, and/or control of application of that concept is something we wish to see - on the other extreme that opensource, that freeware, that sharing, that global communial ownership of a concept, is of greater benefit to all, rather than simply a tool to make one individual or organisation wealthy.
The Culture of the Old World tells us that Extreme is very bad when applied to an ideology; but very good when applied to consumption, or risk sport, or technological advancement.
What do We, the New World, think?
For myself, as but one individual in a global movement, as one individual in a global society, as one individual in one of many intelligent species, as one set of intelligences amoungst many variables of measure of Qualities amougst the biomass: I side with the latter extreme.
These are my words.
The concepts within these words are to be shared, to be utilised, to be applied IF the readers independent conscience and consciousness independently affirms that action.
Clever words and good articulation are Qualities. But they are not Love.
Concepts of sharing and mutual benefit are Nobel. But they are not Love.
From a Centring in Love, conscience aligns unto instinct and righteousness. From which base words, articulation, sharing and mutual benefit are Centred in a Good Decision.
These are my thoughts.
Treat them as your Free Will dictates, positively, negatively, or passively, or, simply, you did not make it this far through such a long post.
Such is Free Will and Hypercomplexity.
None of Us need fear either.
And, for me, for you, for our unborn children's world: I will Love you unconditionally nevertheless.

Occupy is a word...it doesn't belong to anyone.  Occupy is an idea, it belongs to everyone.  It is nobody's to own, copyright or trade mark.  It is greed, plain and simple.  It is an attempt by a wealthy time waster to co-opt the ideals and use the movement...a jumping on the bandwagon, if you will.  End of discussion.

The Importance Of Reverse Phone Lookup.

phone number search

The first three digits of the phone number would also help them locate the owner of the phone number. The thing is that if they had just run a phone number lookup, they could have found each other! Before you get any ideas, let me tell you that these sites are perfectly legal and also offer their services free of cost. This happens to many different people all over the world and many of them don't know how they can identify these pranksters. It's extremely… Continue

We are supposed to be in this together!

Posted by Nette Mom on April 26, 2013 at 20:55 0 Comments

I was just endiing a campaign in Michigan against our Governor, and wondered what more was out there, what more can I do to help make my country the place I used to love, when I stumbled across a thing called Livestream, where people with the same purpose (supposedly) or like mindness could come together, chat, discuss, plan, and act and I was to say the least, excited. I started chatting and made so many friends and it was then I realized, that I had been wrapped up in my own small…
